Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is a clear violation of uubd2's policy and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
• Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

uubd2 reserves the right to verify a user's identity when required. Identity may be confirmed through a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until successful verification is completed.

3. Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

13.2 Severability

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full effect.

13.3 No Waiver

If uubd2 does not exercise any right in a specific circumstance, that shall not be considered as permanent relinquishment of that right.

13.4 Language of Communication

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of a conflict with any translated version, the Bengali version shall prevail.
